Cheatly is a Chrome extension that uses AI vision to answer questions visible on your screen. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the extension accesses, how it is used, and what is stored.

Data Collection

Cheatly does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. The extension has no backend server and no analytics.

Screenshots

Screenshots are captured on-demand only (when you double-click). They are sent directly to the OpenAI API and are not saved to disk, uploaded to any server we control, or retained after the API response is received.

Permissions

Data Retention

All data is stored locally in your browser. Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data. No data is retained on any external server controlled by Cheatly.

Children's Privacy

This extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
